We work directly with founders and leadership teams who are trying to figure out what AI actually does to their organisation. One engagement at a time. No analysts. No deck factory. The people you meet on the first call are the people who do the work.

The diagnostic

Two weeks of senior time, full access to your team for a fortnight. We leave you with a written diagnosis: what is working, what is wishful thinking, what to stop, what to start. One artefact, written, the length the work needs.

3 months

The build

Three months embedded with one team to ship a single, real, AI-native capability into production. Includes harness work, evals, observability, and the change-management we have learned cannot be skipped. Outcome is the working capability, not a recommendation.

12 months

The fellowship

A year-long working relationship with a leadership team navigating a real transition. Quarterly off-sites, monthly written notes, a small standing weekly window. Our highest-trust engagement. By invitation, a small list at a time.
