§ 33Workshop · 1-Day Launch Pad
1-Day Launch Pad. Twelve hours. Three real users. One thing in production.
A single Saturday for the founder, hobbyist, or reluctant builder who has been talking about the idea for too long. We sit down at 9 AM. By 9 PM you have shipped, with at least three real users on it.
§ 01 / The day
Hour by hour.
| 09:00 | Doors. Coffee. We sit down at the same table. |
|---|---|
| 09:30 | The cut: writing the smallest version of your idea on one card. The first ruthlessness. |
| 10:00 | Build block 1. Heads down with the agent. We are one chair away if you need an unstick. |
| 13:00 | Lunch. We read what you have made, push back on the parts that need it, agree on the afternoon. |
| 14:00 | Build block 2. Working version due by 17:00. |
| 17:00 | Dry run. You demo to one outside reader we have invited, in five minutes. |
| 18:00 | The push: deploy to a real domain, send the link to your three first users, watch the response come back. |
| 20:00 | Close. The day's reckoning — what worked, what to keep, the one thing you will not do tomorrow because today taught you better. |
| 21:00 | Doors close. We follow up with you mid-week to see what stuck. |
§ 02 / What we provide
The thing only this format can give you.
- An entire Saturday with no other claim on it
- A deliberately quiet room — you, sometimes one or two others, working alongside us
- One senior facilitator with you the whole day, set up to be helpful and ruthlessly honest
- The agent of your choice — Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor — running on your subscription
- A real outside reader at the dry run, who tells you the truth at 5 PM
- A standing invitation to write to us afterwards with what comes up, for as long as it stays useful
- Lunch, dinner, and good coffee
§ 03 / Logistics
The when, where, and how much.
| Format | One Saturday, 9 AM to 9 PM. In-person or online; we decide together with you. |
|---|---|
| Next cohort | By application. We open the next date as the room fills. |
| Cohort size | 1-on-1, or a pair or trio at most. We do not run group workshops. |
| Engagement | Pricing on request. Enterprise engagements available. |
| Apply | One paragraph about the idea, and one line about why it has not shipped yet. |
If you have been talking about it for more than three months, you are the target reader.
We mean this kindly. Apply.
