§ 41Corporate Programs

Corporate Programs. We do not do training. We do formation.

Programs for organisations whose leaders, engineers, and operators need to actually understand what they are working with. Cohort-based. In-person where possible. Evaluated honestly. Designed in conversation with you, not pulled off a shelf.

§ 01 / Four programs we run regularly

The standard menu.

5 days · your engineering leadership

Engineering Quest

A focused agentic-development program inside your codebase. We bring our harness, evals, and Observatory. Your team ships one production-grade capability by day five.

3 days · your leadership team

Leadership Quest

For your senior leadership. Three days, mostly off-site. Reading. Conversation. Two real organisational-design exercises. Closes with a written commitment from each leader to one change.

8 weeks · cross-functional

The Operator Cohort

An eight-week program for cross-functional operators (product, ops, customer, finance) to redesign one of your real workflows around the platform. Outcome is the redesigned workflow, in production.

12 weeks · founders + core team

Founder Quest

An invitation-only program for founders of your portfolio companies (if you are an investor) or your senior founders (if you are an operator). Quiet, careful, expensive, by application.

§ 02 / Why this is different

The five differences from corporate training.

  • Cohort-based, never one-to-many. If you have 400 people to train, we will recommend a different vendor.
  • Real artefacts, not certificates. Each program produces a real, working thing inside your organisation.
  • Honest evaluation. We tell you who in the room rose to the work, and who did not. Quietly.
  • One senior facilitator per cohort. Not a team of trainers. Not a slide deck.
  • Ongoing. Every program closes with a six-month follow-up call to check what stuck and what slipped.
§ 03 / Engagement

How a program is shaped.

Each engagement is scoped to your team, your stakes, and the artefact you need at the end. Pricing is part of the contract and is set out in the statement of work, inclusive of facilitator time, materials, and the six-month follow-up. Travel and venue billed at cost.

Write with the actual situation, not a tender brief.

What is the team, what are you trying to do, what is in the way. That is enough for a real first conversation.
